Pizza ok. But after 1.5 hours of waiting and very unfriendly telephone service, the wrong pizza arrived again and again. (This has happened for the 2nd time now) You wait another hour for a replacement delivery. The pizzeria is not even able to apologize for the renewed inconvenience with a bottle of wine or something similar. Instead, the doorbell rings again shortly before 10 in the evening to cash in (was forgotten / not done during the hustle and bustle and swapping pizza back and forth) That was the last time we ordered pizza there.

We ordered today for the first time and unfortunately for the last time. The pizza hawaii was very, very clear. Hardly any tomato sauce, ham and pineapple pieces can be counted on one hand. The edge burned. I had the rigatoni casa gratinated with cheese. When you opened the aluminum bowl, it smelled burnt, which was also noticeable in the taste. There was probably not enough sauce, because the bottom of the aluminum bowl was burnt black in places. We couldn't eat the pizza or the pasta. And all of that for € 21.50 is a shame. We had hoped to have found a good pizza service, instead the entire order was inedible. Unfortunately you have to give at least one point, because the food didn't deserve a point

We actually like to eat at la locanda. But the new prices are a joke. For delivery € 23 for 2 tortellini panna including transport? Seriously? Too bad that has done for the future.

Food was quite delicious. Too bad kitchen staff did NOT wear a mask. People came in and walked around WITHOUT a mask and finally we couldn't pay contactless.

You can sit inside or outside very nicely. The food is of course very good too.

Dreadful!!! Just don't consider ... I had never had such rude service before! Then there were long waiting times, where the tables that came after us were served before us! And then when the really bad food (partly burned) arrived we weren't even asked if everything was okay! We had asked several times how far our food was and every time it said >> it’s almost ready << and then we see the waiter after he has touched cards and everything without washing hands or gloves making pizza. (Customers do not have to disinfect their hands). When we wanted to cancel the meal and pay for drinks, it didn't work, because now it just has to be in the oven ... after such a long wait and bad food and service, our drinks weren't off the bill as usual taken !! First and last time, can only warn ...

Just humble. The service was extremely rude (possibly racial) and didn't even go around to make sure that everything was ok - it wasn't. We waited exactly 70 minutes for our food and the tables that came after us waited 20 minutes less - same order btw. Didn't want to get drinks from our bill (food was charred). So an absolute waste of time and money!

Always happy to go there, friendly, pleasant service and delicious food (the fries still have to be worked on, unfortunately they are always very dry!) ​​In addition, there is always a delicious daily special on request. Everything is great 😉

There are 2 points for the food, because it is really delicious, a point deduction for the prices and 2 points for the unbelievable rudeness and arrogance of the one waiter who served us! It is certainly important that the food tastes good, no question about it. But for me, friendly service is just as important! If you are so annoyed in retrospect that the food no longer tastes good, the day can no longer be saved. You should think about it ... it would be nice.

Over 2 hours waiting time for 2 pizzas. No one available by phone, so it is also not possible to cancel. Never again!

In la Locanda, the currently valid legal ordinance to contain the corona pandemic, which serves to protect all guests, is ignored. There are no lists of names and addresses of the guests. The employees who operate do not wear masks, although the safety distance is not kept. An employee went to the door to smoke, and stood right in front of the wide-open window and smoked at us. Pizza was ok. Combinazione watery sauce in which you had to look for the minced meat. Meat dish was okay. Bread and delicious pickled olives are served as starters. Small mixed salad was good.

Food was delicious. Waiters were friendly. We noticed when we left they charged us 1,50€ to get our left over food to go.
